At a time when phrases such as "increasing competition" and "pressure on margins" have almost become a cliché, it is important to be very clear about your competitive advantage and exactly how you are going to protect it. This workshop is designed to help senior management teams create or renew a business strategy. Underpinning all approaches to strategy is a basic logic which identifies both weaknesses in existing strategies and also potentially successful choices.

The objective of the workshop are to identify and understand
  • the forces limiting the success of a strategy
  • the necessary strategic conditions for a profitable business
  • the opportunities to secure a competitive advantage
  • the impact of an international dimension
and to
  • establish a common language and approach to strategy development.
Throughout the workshop, the Strategic Logic will be applied to the company’s business objectives or existing business strategy. By the end of the workshop the team will have identified specific actions required to create an effective strategy.
