Insurance consortium of national companies formed to transfer knowledge and grow international business. The new generation of management not only needs the leadership mindset and skills but also the skills to work internationally to create a knowledge sharing network.

Content

Module 1: "Advanced Basics"
Through understanding their development needs and motivations participants create a learning contract as the basis for their development during the programme. Participants develop the leadership mindset to deal with different cultures, complex challenges and to create profitable business strategies.

Module 2: New Challenges
Three sessions address critical business challenges for the consortium: the need to create effective Knowledge Management across the different companies and markets, the need to build strong brands in a rapidly consolidating and commoditized industry and the need to understand how eBusiness will impact the insurance industry.

Module 3: Action Learning Projects
Participants learn and apply the latest concepts in Project Leadership to real business projects identified and sponsored by the companies. The participants work in international project teams supported by the ProjectWorker web based system to deliver results to their sponsor within four months.

Module 4: Change Leadership
This graduating workshop focuses on effective leadership of change. It is based on a computer based change management simulation. The project results are presented to top management.

Participants:
The participants are selected by the participating companies and represent all aspects of the business. This programme is the premier development programme in the companies and is reserved for the highest performers.
